Citrus Mower (Citrus Wheat Beer)

Ingredients
- 6 lbs Wheat Extract
- Zest from 4 Lemons
- Zest from 4 Oranges
- 1 oz. Hallertauer hops
- Weihenstephan Weizen Yeast (Wyeast #3068)
Boil Schedule
- 60 Minutes - Add Hops
- 15 Minutes - Add Zest of Lemons and Oranges
Process
- Filled a pot with 1 1/2 gallons of water.
- When the water reached about 100 degrees we added the Wheat Extract.
- Once wort started to boil we added Hallertauer Hops.
- 45 minutes after Hops were added we added Zest of Lemons and Oranges
- Cooled with wort chiller.
- Put into Carboy.
- Top off with cool water to 5 gallons.
- Pitched yeast
