Colonial Williamsburg (Wheat Ale)

Ingredients
- 6 lbs of Wheat Extract
- 2 oz Cascade Hops
- American Wheat Yeast (Wyeast #1010)
Boil Schedule
- 60 Minutes - Add .5 oz Hops
- 10 Minutes - Add 1 oz Hops
- 0 Minutes - Add .5 oz Hops
Process
- Filled a pot with 3 1/2 gallons of water.
- When the water reached about 100 degrees we added the Wheat Extract.
- Once wort started to boil we added .5 oz Cascade Hops.
- With 10 minutes left, add 1 oz Cascade Hops.
- Remove from heat and add .5 oz Cascade Hops.
- Cooled with wort chiller.
- Put into Carboy.
- Top off with cool water to 5 gallons.
- Pitched yeast
