Ingredients

  • 5 gal water
  • 2.5lbs ginger root
  • 8lbs cane sugar
  • 5ct Lemon
  • 1oz Cream of Tartar
  • Wyeast #Y4021 Pasteur Champagne

Process

  1. Zest lemons
  2. Chop ginger root
  3. Boil all ingredients (except yeast) in water for 15 min
  4. Cool and pitch yeast
