Ingredients
- 5 gal water
- 2.5lbs ginger root
- 8lbs cane sugar
- 5ct Lemon
- 1oz Cream of Tartar
- Wyeast #Y4021 Pasteur Champagne
Process
- Zest lemons
- Chop ginger root
- Boil all ingredients (except yeast) in water for 15 min
- Cool and pitch yeast
