  • Maltose Dextrine (standard amount?)
  • 6 lbs DME
  • 3 oz Cascade (60 minutes)
  • 1 oz Cascade (30 minutes)
  • 1 oz Cascade (2 minute)
  • 9 lbs Honey (something strong smelling?)
  • 2 tsp yeast energizer
  • 2 tsp yeast nutrient
  • Sweet Mead Yeast

Boil Schedule

  • 3 oz Cascade, 60 Minutes
  • 1 oz Cascade, 30 Minutes
  • 1 oz Cascade, 2 Minutes
  • Cut Heat
    • Add Yeast Energizer
    • Add Yeast Nutrient
    • Add Honey
    • Stir then chill
