- 6 lbs DME
- 3 oz Cascade (60 minutes)
- 1 oz Cascade (30 minutes)
- 1 oz Cascade (2 minute)
- 9 lbs Honey (something strong smelling?)
- 2 tsp yeast energizer
- 2 tsp yeast nutrient
- Sweet Mead Yeast
Boil Schedule
- 3 oz Cascade, 60 Minutes
- 1 oz Cascade, 30 Minutes
- 1 oz Cascade, 2 Minutes
- Cut Heat
- Add Yeast Energizer
- Add Yeast Nutrient
- Add Honey
- Stir then chill
