Ingredients

  • (This is the American Lager kit from Northern Brewer)
  • 5.25lbs Rahr 2-row pale malt
  • 2lbs Rice syrup solids
  • 1 oz Saaz hops (60 min)
  • Wyeast #2007 Pilsen Lager Yeast

Boil Schedule

  • 60 Minutes - Add Hops

Mash Schedule

  • 122° F for 20 minutes
  • 150° F for 60 minutes
  • 170° F for 10 minutes

Process

  1. Mash grains per schedule.
  2. Bring to boil
  3. Add hops
  4. Cool with wort chiller
  5. Fill carboy
  6. Pitch yeast
