- (This is the American Lager kit from Northern Brewer)
- 5.25lbs Rahr 2-row pale malt
- 2lbs Rice syrup solids
- 1 oz Saaz hops (60 min)
- Wyeast #2007 Pilsen Lager Yeast
Boil Schedule
- 60 Minutes - Add Hops
Mash Schedule
- 122° F for 20 minutes
- 150° F for 60 minutes
- 170° F for 10 minutes
Process
- Mash grains per schedule.
- Bring to boil
- Add hops
- Cool with wort chiller
- Fill carboy
- Pitch yeast
