- 11 lbs gold DME
- 1.25 lb (20 oz) pure maple syrup (grade a, light or medium)
- 3 oz Fuggles (bittering, 60 minutes)
- 6 lbs canned pumpkin (no additives)
- 3 tsp Nutmeg (freshly ground)
- 3 tsp Allspice (freshly ground)
- 4 tsp Cinnamon (freshly ground)
- 3 oz freshly grated Ginger root
- 1 oz Fuggles (aroma, 0 minutes)
- Wyeast #1056 American Ale
Boil Schedule
- 60 Minutes - Add bittering hops
- 10 minutes - Add pumpkin and spices
- 0 minutes (when boil completes) - Add aroma hops
