  • 1.25 lb (20 oz) pure maple syrup (grade a, light or medium)
  • 3 oz Fuggles (bittering, 60 minutes)
  • 6 lbs canned pumpkin (no additives)
  • 3 tsp Nutmeg (freshly ground)
  • 3 tsp Allspice (freshly ground)
  • 4 tsp Cinnamon (freshly ground)
  • 3 oz freshly grated Ginger root
  • 1 oz Fuggles (aroma, 0 minutes)
  • Wyeast #1056 American Ale

Boil Schedule

  • 60 Minutes - Add bittering hops
  • 10 minutes - Add pumpkin and spices
  • 0 minutes (when boil completes) - Add aroma hops
