Ingredients

  • 8.5 lbs DME
  • 2.5 lbs Table Sugar
  • 0.5 oz Willamette Hops
  • 1.0 oz Saaz Hops
  • Wyeast 1214 Belgian Abby

Boil Schedule

  • 60 Minutes - Add Willamette
  • 1 Minute - Add Saaz

Process

  1. Filled a pot with 3 1/2 gallons of water.
  2. When the water reached about 100 degrees we added the Wheat Extract.
  3. Once wort started to boil we added Willamette Hops.
  4. Added Saaz at one minute
  5. Pitched wyeast #1214 Belgian Abby
