Ingredients
- 8.5 lbs DME
- 2.5 lbs Table Sugar
- 0.5 oz Willamette Hops
- 1.0 oz Saaz Hops
- Wyeast 1214 Belgian Abby
Boil Schedule
- 60 Minutes - Add Willamette
- 1 Minute - Add Saaz
Process
- Filled a pot with 3 1/2 gallons of water.
- When the water reached about 100 degrees we added the Wheat Extract.
- Once wort started to boil we added Willamette Hops.
- Added Saaz at one minute
- Pitched wyeast #1214 Belgian Abby
